Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Product cancellations can be initiated within 48 hours of placing an order. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.
Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

Return
Our artisans and order processing team must devote entire days to processing orders for our painstakingly handmade goods. Atya Luxury is committed to maintaining the excellence and authenticity of our products, making sure they live up to your expectations in terms of size, craftsmanship, and other features listed on our website.
Please be aware that orders where the product satisfies your needs but falls short of our quality requirements cannot be returned. Furthermore, the initial shipping costs are not refundable, and returning the item will incur a postage price
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still on, in its original packing, and in original condition in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, you must present the receipt or other evidence of purchase.

Damages and issues
Atya Luxury is proud of the genuineness and distinctive qualities of its products, which occasionally include sharp edges and black or green dots. You can be confident that there is no damage indicated by these flaws. Sharp edges will naturally level down with two to three gentle washes with a Scotch Brite pad.
Please be advised that bronze eventually takes on a blackish hue due to natural airborne oxidation. Since this is a natural process, it can be stopped using ordinary metal cleaning solutions or with natural substitutes like vinegar, tamarind, or lime and salt
We provide exchanges for the goods in the extremely unlikely case that they arrive defective or damaged. To begin the exchange procedure, please contact us at india.atyaluxury@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
To give our clients the best possible experience, we at Atya Luxury adhere to specific return procedures. Please be aware that some things cannot be returned, including perishables (like food, plants, or flowers), customized goods (like special orders or individualized items), and personal care items (like cosmetics). Furthermore, flammable liquids, gasses, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Unfortunately, gift cards and sale products cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If any defects or transit damages occur with your Atya Luxury products, we are happy to accept an exchange for an unused product, provided that you notify us within 2 days of delivery execution. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your new order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of the return request for your exchange to be processed.
AtyaLuxury.com does not facilitate returns and exchanges for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received. Failure to meet these criteria may render the item ineligible for a refund or subject to a restocking fee. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition unrelated to the exchange reason provided by you, we may need to return it to you without processing any refunds or compensation. All returned goods will undergo inspection.
