After hearing my complaint, the owners were very quick and generous to send additional two plates so that I can choose the set of two that I like. Such excellent customer service is very rare. Thalis bend , they should be thicker than what's been made at present as kansa is brittle. Glasses seem to be machine made but are ok as long as its pure kansa.
