I had ordered 2 plates. While one was great in quality and finish, the second one was flimsy. After hearing my complaint, the owners were very quick and generous to send additional two plates so that I can choose the set of two that I like. Such excellent customer service is very rare. The replaced plates are of excellent quality and build. Very satisfied with the purchase. Would highly recommend the seller.

Seems to be good, The gloss is less, tone is lighter than the kansa products available in northern India, may be because of different additives used. The thalis are thin and light weight, suggest sellers to smoothen the edges of at least baby set items for safety. Thalis bend , they should be thicker than what's been made at present as kansa is brittle. Glasses seem to be machine made but are ok as long as its pure kansa.

I really liked the product. I needed one light dinner plate for daily use and it serves the purpose. There's no doubt about purity, easy to clean as well. It's a bit overpriced but since it's handmade i liked it and I'm going to order one more. I'm also impressed by the excellent customer service. Overall, good and pure kansa product, you can go for it.
